Refund & Return Policy

At Martnovo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- We shipped the wrong item.
In these cases, Martnovo will cover the return shipping costs.
